The reseach from Britain's university of Warwick told that people who get less than six hours per night have an increased risk of dying prematurely and they also found a link between sleeping more than nine hours and premature death. I'm very surprise when I read it, but a few minutes ago I agree with that reseach.
According to the reseach, when we sleep little our health will have attacked by health problem. The health problem such as diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol. The best period to sleeping must be six to nine hours. You should not sleep less than six ours and more than nine hours. I feel pretty worry because I sometimes go to bed about 1:00 A.M. or 2:00 A.M. and I have to get up at 6:00 A.M., so I must go to bed early than that. Sleeping is important for our health. I hope you are the one who have a good behavior about sleeping. :)
