Music in life

What are you do to decrease your stress? For me, I love to listen to the music when I feel stress. Music are not only the sound that make me feel really relax, but also the useful thing in real life. I found the research from the Japaneses researcher. This research told me that many kind of music can help our memory. Such as, pop music, and rock music. I always use this trick when I have to read a book for the exam. It is really cool. Music can help me to relaxed myself after the heard day. Listening to light music is good for the mental health. I hope that you are the one who enjoy listening to the music and the sound of music make you feel really better.
